It is essential for our physical, mental and emotional well being . Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person have difficulty in filling asleep and have low quality sleep in term of duration also.  What is defination of insomniac? The person who suffers from insomnia is called in Somniac. There are 10% people in world who are insomniac and their insomnia level varies from mild to moderate and moderate to severe level. Symptoms of insomnia  Feeling weakness and tired after spending 7 to 8 hours at bed. Decrease respond time. Feeling drowsy at work and daytime.
