Fear is natural and normal emotion .We all experience various fears in our life such as fear of judgement, fear of failing in life, fear of missing out , fear of public opinion and fear about connecting with people also.
From evolutionary aspect , emotions served purpose in life. Emotion of fear helped us to survive in the society. Such as fear of of death save us from taking dangerous risks in life. Fear of dying hungry made human beings to collect food for their future etc.
But today most of our fears are unrealistic and they don't harm as physically anymore. Such as fear of rejection ,fear of public opinion and fear of failing in exams etc.
But these fears harm us from psychological aspect. And destroy our life like wood eaten by termite.
We have to defeat them in order to succeed in life. Fears hijack our logical thinking and make us to act irrationally. Every type of fear creates resistance in our life and don't a allow to move in life such as
- If you are suffering from fear of failing in life this fear will not allow you to try different things in life.
- If you have fear of public opinion you will not be able to make your choices by yourself you will follow people blindly in order to get their validation.
Fear makes your life nightmare . you die everyday in your heart and mind. Fear robes your life happiness and it puts you in a search situation where it feels like living in hell.
If you want to live your dream life, you have to kill your fears to death otherwise they will not allow you to be success in life. The only way to kill your fears is just face them.
- If you have fear of criticism ,go to the people who are popular for criticism .
- If you are suffering from fear of failing try different things in which you are sure you would get failed.
- If you have fear of darkness go to the darkest place of your home
Fears follow are unique pattern . If you chase them they will run away from you. if you run away from them they will chase you .
The choice is yours. If you want fears to runaway from your life, start chasing them blindly unless they runaway from your mental landscape.
Fear is like a cancer .Diagnose it as early as possible and start working against it will save your life.
If it converted into phobia it will make your life harder and harder and it will put you in such hole where it would be difficult for you to escape.
