Recently I was a scrolling in books list and I saw Raj Shamani book. I were surprised to see it. I started reading it ,it was very interesting book and full of practical insights.
This book covers various topics such as money , modern school system, education investment and life hacks etc. Here are 4 things that I distilled from reading the whole book.
Our Education system Sucks
Our modern education system is outdated. It kills emotions, imagination creativity and curiosity and we are least taught about application of acquired knowledge in our life.
Our modern education system forces us to better at all subjects .let me give you a simple example to understand it.
For example if a student is weak at Math and better at the English. Our parents and teacher force us to better at math instead of further improving English.
This result is mediocrity of all subjects there is also in English proverb that
Jack of all trades but master of none .
if your child is good at English consider it a opportunity and force your children to better at English. It would help him to become a content creator, a good speaker in future that would change his life.
People don't pay for mediocrity. You don't go to mediocre hotel. You search for best out of best so if you are child is best and good at any subject make such strategies that help him to better at that subject.
Another drawback in our education system is that it doesn't prepare children for professional and personal life The children are weak at EQ and it makes their personal and professional life tough.
Our education system needs to be better and work at communication skills, sales, improving creativity and curiosity. These things will help students to survive in life.
Be Ready To Look Stupid
Fear of looking stupid is one of biggest hurdle , villain and block to succeed life . whenever we think about trying and experiencing new things in life, make our own new choices,or unfollow trends .Our minds start ruminating with negative thoughts that what if I failed, will I look normal or not, will people appreciate or criticize me.
From my personal experience I can say that people will criticize you whether you do something are you do nothing, you cannot escape yourself from people criticism.
So risk your public image and experiment new things in life whether it is posting video or written content on social media apps ,wearing your unique shirt and making new hair style you like

Social media have millions of users . Most of us have been addicted to social media apps and most of us are unknown to it . You can use social media apps to become famous and earn money to do this you have to master just one skill.

But after reading this book I came up with different strategies to deal and talk with strangers. Here are someone .
1. Ask Open ended questions
Asking questions is best way to keep conversation going on .If you encounter any stranger ask open ended question let me give you a simple example to understand it.
Instead of asking how is your job going . Ask what are interesting and challenging things about your job.
It will give other person opportunity to give the answer in best way and it would help you to connect with that people.
2. Give Good Compliments
Whenever you encounter strange person I am sure that person would have something unique in his personality it maybe in form of dressing, facial symmetry , tie and coat etc.
Observe that person and pass complements to it . Trust me that person will start conversation with you. complements are such things no one can remain without responding them after hearing it . While complementing you have to follow something
- It should be concise and clear.
- It should be realistic and relevant to that person.
- It should filled with emotional words such as beautiful, outsmart and gorgeous
- etc.
- It should not be very personal.
