Our brain is hub of metabolism. Our brain is just 2% of body weight but it consume 20% up total body energy.
Due to this excessive metabolism a large number and mass of metabolic waste accumulate in brain.
Waste clearance is critical for every organ. Without clearing extra fluid and waste our body organs will not be able to perform their optical functions.
Brain has unique system to clear its metabolic waste like lymphatic system in our body. This unique system of our brain is called glymphatic system.
This concept and system was introduced in science a decade ago. This concept was given by by Dr. Maiken Nedeegaard and his colleagues in 2012.
Glymphatic system is waste clearance system for our brain. By this system brain remove excess fluid and waste formed as a result of metabolism.

The glymphatic system efficiency decrease with age. This causes dementia, Alzheimer ,Parkinson and other mental disorders also.
