Emotions are not just involved in romance ,fight ,fright . They influence and impact our every corner and aspect of life.

They influence our judgement ,interpretation and decision also. They have out size impact on us that how we think, how we react and even how we decide. Let me give you a simple example here to understand it.

When you are in good mood you observe things in better way ,you ruminate about positive things and you react in positive way.

No flip the side when you are in bad mood such as anger ,hate jealousy etc you ruminate about negative things and you react in bad ways.


When we are deciding our thoughts has two components one is logic and other is emotion. Our brain uses emotion as major deciding factor in our life. Let me give you a simple example to understand this concept .

We all know no smoking is bad but people smoke because its satisfy their emotions. It gives them freedom from tension and stress etc

We all know that procrastination and laziness is bad. It makes easy things hard and hard things more harder. But we all procrastinate ,the reason a simple procrastination is like living in comfortable zone and it makes us to enjoy that moment.


There could be thousand examples of it that how we are under our emotions. Emotional brain is more quicker ،faster than logical brand that's why we choose emotional brain over logical brain.

There is always debate about EQ and IQ and people keep on asking that which one is better for them. 


No One is perfect better, each one of them has their own pros and cons.


In educational area you have to be more IQ then EQ ,while in professional love you have to more EQ than IQ. 


For thousand of years it was believed that emotions are not trustworthy and we should avoid following them . Basically this concept was originated from greece philosophers and for many centuries people kept on following it blindly.


Until in 1980 there were some scientist who started exploring about emotion. They realized that emotions are not bad as we have been painted in our mind for thousand of the Year. 

Without emotions our life would be colourless ,  monotonous, bore . Emotions are something that add colours to our life and motivate us to take action.


Emotions are likes ocean. sometimes they are calm while other moment they are Stormy and demanding immediate attention and action from us.

Most of life problems stems due to miss managing emotions. If you learn to manage your emotions it would complete change your life. 

Controlling emotions mean controlling your actions. Controlling emotion is a skill like other skills in life such as driving cooking editing marketing writing and sales etc.

All of them you learned from practice. You have to do same for managing emotion. 

The people with higher managing emotion skills ( EQ) connect with people in easier way, have more opportunities in life and deliver their message effectively. 

Managing emotion is indispensable requirement to succeed in personal and professional life . You can learn it from books, YouTube videos and by reading articles about it .
